This Shipping Policy explains how Helix BioSolutions, operated by Helix Biosciences Solutions Inc. (“Helix BioSolutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), processes, packages, and ships orders placed through helixbiosolutions.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Carriers

Orders are dispatched via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. The carrier used for a given order may vary depending on destination and package requirements.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: flat rate of $15 per order.
  • Free shipping: automatically applied to orders over $200.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cut-off ship the next business day.
  • Non-shipping days: Saturdays, Sundays, and official U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days are processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this notification.

6. Packaging

Orders ship in discreet, plain, durable mailers or boxes with protective internal padding designed to protect fragile glass vials in transit.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, transit times are controlled by the carrier and are outside our direct control. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Helix BioSolutions.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss for products passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional charges may apply to reship an order returned for this reason.
